Design & Development Methodology

Our design and development methodology establishes technical requirements for the proper design and development of quality websites. We rely on a modified version of the agile method of development and this methodology drives all aspects of design and development from initial specification gathering to implementation to testing to change management to post-release support and maintenance.

Crowd-Pleaser Designs uses a combination of onshore (Canada Based), near shore (US Based) and offshore (India/Asia/Europe based) resources for our projects. A significant portion of these resources are long term contractors that are exclusively engaged to work on our projects. Also, note that resource allocation is based primarily on budgetary constraints. Therefore, there is a good chance that lower budget projects will be handled by our near shore and offshore resources – this essentially allows us to provide our top-notch services to you at affordable costs. Actual resource allocation happens when a project starts and ultimately depends on current workload and deliverable dates. Please do not hesitate to discuss any questions or concerns with us.
